Do you agree that dance heals the mind? Then your answer many be yes or no.One person likes to dance and enjoy a dance and another person does not like to dancer or even enjoy a dance.This is because the desires and thoughts in the minds of a person are different from each other I think dance is a drug that heals the mind.Most of the time,dancing helps to get rid of stressful situations.


             When we dance or enjoy a dance,we feel like we have come to a different world.Then all the discomforts that arise in our minds will disappear.This is due to the fact that he or she is very close to the dance.


          When a person engages in dance,he or she develops patience,endurance,health and flexibility rather than enjoying a dance.Even more special is being able to keep the mind monotonous.It is essential to keep the mind monotonous as we live in society.It is possible to develop it by engaging in dance.As a dancer,he or she is able to maintain a balanced mindest in any other activity,even at any given time.
               An other times dance can also be identified as a medium of expression of emotions.Just as a piece of music represents a person's emotions,so a dance has the ability to express a person's feelings.Dance also allows the meaning of the lyrics of a song to be brouth to life.Dance not only gives mental freedom but also physical freedom.

Sometimes we are very happy for same reason.We do various things to enjoy that happiness.Among those things,dance is special.I feel like dancing brings light into our lives.❤️❤️
